Shipping rates

  • Current shipping promotion: Free standard shipping on orders over C$150 in Canada only.
  • Pea Art ships all products across Canada via Canada Post or cooperate delivery logistics.
  • Pea Art ships all products across Canada via Canada Post or our associate delivery logistics. All shipping estimates will be calculated by the Canada Post system.

When will my order ship?

  • All orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.
  • All products will receive within 7 business days in lower mainland Vancouver.
  • The shipment outside lower mainland Vancouver will receive within 7~14 business days. (time varies due to Covid-19)(except “3D wooden models” products)
  • “3D Wooden Models” products will receive within 15~30 days. (time varies due to Covid-19)

Do you ship outside Canada?

  • We currently ship online orders only to locations inside Canada.

Out of stock items

  • If an item ordered becomes out of stock and shows backorder, please contact us by e-mail for pre order inquiry.

Return & Exchange policy

  • You may return or exchange your unused product for a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of the purchased date.
  • Once returned items are received, amounts debited from your credit card for these items will be credited. Please note that items cannot be returned if they were removed from their original packaging. Items will be refunded once they are returned to Pea Art.
  • You are responsible for delivery costs and the risks associated with returning and exchanging products.
  • You can expect a refund to your credit card 7 to 14 business days after receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
  • No returns or exchange will be accepted for all books and final sale items unless items are defective items.
  • Pre orders are a final sale unless the product is defective. If the product you received is defective, please contact us within 7 days to let us know. We will then arrange to have a replacement sent to you.
  • Contact Pea Art’s customer service by e-mail with the order number and explain the return or exchange reason for the return or exchange procedure.
